Evaluation of this session
In order to monitor the child and how he is learning, we have developed learning measures that can be applied after each intervention session.
These learning measures include three different activities to assess the child's narrative comprehension and production:
- The first activity assesses children's ability to correctly order a sequence of images that represent the story that has been trained during the session.
- The second activity assesses the children's ability to retell the story.
- The third activity assesses children's ability to answer questions about the different narrative elements that have been trained during the session. In this third activity, the questions can be formulated with different supports (open question, question with 2 options or question with 2 options plus visual support), depending on the child's needs.
